It's a toss-up between the 2 images from 1/27/03 afternoon. Both images show
about half clear ocean, but which one is better depends on where exactly you
want to look.

              is around 75-100 km wide and extends from about 46.5N at the
              coast to 42.5N, 127W. It is narrowest in the west and
              considerably wider at the coast. There are also small patchy
              clouds to the NW of this cloud, but there is quite a bit of 
              ocean visible. There are larger patchy clouds to the SE with 
              some ocean visible.
n0302721      Similar to n0302719. Cloudy at the coast between 43N & 47N.
              Thick patchy cloud extends diagonally from 45.8N coast, SW to
              41N, 127W. Thicker towars land, thinner offshore.Small patchy
              clouds to the NW with more ocean visible than not. Another cloud
              obscures the ocean from 42.3N, coast to 41N, 125.5W. A 50 km
              wide swath of ocean is visible from Cape Blanco SW to 41N, 126W.
